In the early 80-ies of the 20 century on the territory of the present hotel was built by the architect V. Boguna building called HFS - House of Foreign Specialists. In February 1996, was a society with limited liability «Interluxe». The building is reconstructed and opened in the new comfortable hotel «Europe». The work was carried out under the supervision of the Belgian architect Wim Syupli. In October 1996, Hotel «Europe» took its first guests.
